Northern Fabricators Ltd. are based on the Chanonry
Industrial Estate in Elgin, the heartland of the
Scotch Whisky Industry. Since trading started in
1986 we have grown steadily, developing areas of
activity nationwide.
Northern
Fabricators carries out work to very high standards
- BS 5500 or ASME 9 codes in stainless steel, duplex
steel and carbon steel. Stainless steel fabrications
range from site built tanks i.e: fermenter, storage
tanks for numerous applications, stainless steel
ducting, hoppers, calandrias, heat exchangers, coolers
and evaporator plants, all of which are manufactured
and installed by our ever growing workforce.
We
also specialize in copper work ranging from conventional
condensers to heat recovery multi-pass condensers,
coolers, rectifying and analyzer column stills,
pot still and pipework.
Our
Blacksmith Division caters for the Building and
Allied trades. Work ranges from handrails and flooring
to access platforms.
In
1999 Northern Fabricators completely refurbished
the Mash House, plant and associated equipment at
Ardbeg
Distillery (Glenmorangie
Plc)
on the Isle of Islay.
